Hello and welcome to my blog!

You’ve made it this far, so thank you for that. Here you’ll find a weekly recount of my attempts to sustain healthy eating and fitness alongside maintaining a city job, social life and mental stability – not to mention getting my 8 hours of sleep! I’ve also just turned 27 and so naturally I’m here ferociously rubbing anti-wrinkle cream into my face, hoping for the best.
